Recommended wood: Hardwood of choice,1/2"—3/4"(13—19mm) thick, 8 1/2”(21.6cm) square
Recommended drill bits: 3/64"( 1.2mm) & 1/16"( 1.6mm)or #56 ( 1.2mm) & #52( 1.6mm)
Recommended blades: #5 reverse skip-tooth or reverse tooth
Notes/special instructions: Special attention is needed so as not to waver when cutting the spiral lines.Use a steady hand, or the spiral will not be uniform.
Recommended finishing: Danish oill or oil of choice.

Recommended drill bits: 1/16”(1.6mm) for interior cutouts.Rim holes ( 16 places): 3/16”(4.8mm).
Recommended blades: #5 reverse skip-tooth or reverse tooth
Notes/special instructions: Be careful , as a steady hand is needed for cutting the straight lines of the star shape.
Recommended finishing: Danish oil or oil of choice.

Recommended drill bits: 1/16"(1.6mn) for interior cutouts.Fish eye holes (10 places):3/32"(2.4mm).
Recommended blades: #3 reverse tooth for Baltic birch; #5 reverse skip-tooth or reverse tooth for hardwood
Notes/special instructions: Be careful, as a steady hand is needed for cutting the exterior bowl shape.
Recommended finishing:For hardwood, Danish oil or oil of choice; for Baltic birch plywood, acrylic paints of choice and clear protective brush-on or spray-coat finish.
