Advanced Material: The hardness of the CBN grinding wheel is much higher than that of ordinary abrasive, meaning that its cutting ability is stronger and sharper. Compared with diamond grinding wheels, it has more advantages in processing ferrous metals
Broad Application: This Sharpening wheel is suitable for grinding and polishing products of various materials, such as woodturning tools, high manganese steel, alloy steel, chilled cast iron, high hardness, and soft and tough materials, which allows you to satisfy most of your daily needs
Universal Match: Designed for use with 8-inch bench-type grinders 3600RPM (Maximum), work great on Bucktool bench grinder TDS-200DS and TDS-200C4HL, can also be matched with other brands 8” bench grinder and you have not to worry about its use restrictions
User Experience: While sharpening high-speed steels, the grinding wheel not only has higher wear resistance and easier to maintain shape compared with ordinary abrasives but also its excellent thermal conductivity achieves cool cutting, generating much less heat
No Maintenance: Due to the high wear resistance of the Cubic Boron Nitride coated wheel, the shape of the grinding wheel does not change much during use meanwhile it can be used for a long time and you do not need to adjust the fixture frequently
I just started using the grinder and got the Wolverine- One-way sharpening jig set up. Looks good, works well, I like the extra features- brackets, magnifier, light. A great upgrade to my sharpening- especially lathe tools- gouges, etc!
Love it, adjustable speed is awesome, laser is accurate right out of the box without any adjustments. Light is nice and bright.

Very nice tool
Before I order this belt and disc sander, I checked out, benchtop sanders at Harbor freight and Menards. The quality was just really cheap. This Buck tool is much better quality. It’s a good tool. Great value.
Ordering was easy it shipped fast and arrived with no issues. Well protected.

Works as expected with modification
Since I have a 2 1/2 inch flexible hose for my dust collection, I designed and 3D printed an adapter to mate the dust collection hose to the Y fitting cap. With that done, it collects the dust very well.

Worth every penny!
So far, the drill press has met every one of my expectations! The variable speed control is excellent. The Lazer cross hair is surprisingly accurate to get you lined up on your work. Despite not having the conventional press stop that other brands include, the Bucktool design suits my needs better. The graduated scale and stop, integrated with the press handle is far more convenient. Only time will tell how durable the tool is, but already it's been solid in clearanceing some cylinder heads to accommodate larger pushrods and a shaft mount rocker system.

I purchased a second wheel to have for a spare on my Wet Stone Grinder.
I do use another brand of honing paste in the final process of sharpening knives. As well as jigs. I did have to have made an extended and taller guide rail. As another brand does not line up Buck tool has (about a 10 mm difference.) I wish Bucktool would offer it.
I am looking to purchase two other Bucktool units as business increases.
Well packaged and units working well. I totally recommend Bucktool products.
I own Bucktool 1X30 low speed belt sander grinder and also the 10" wet stone grinder. I'm very pleased with how both preform. I've started a sharpening side business and these have held up well. I was able to call Bucktool direct and speak to a live representative. And my order for parts was at my door within a week. I proud to have Bucktool with me on this journey.
Added this to another setup as an intermediate separator. It sits between my miter table and my primary intake to keep chips from making it into my blade. It's been nice, probably some drop off in the airflow but nothing I'm noticing. It also had a bum part when I received it and support sent me a new part immediately. So I'm happy with it all around.
I'm using primarily the disc for help in sizing & squaring small pieces of a dollhouse project. The BD4801 is well built, heavy and runs straight & true. The table & miter gauge stay square with no fuss. It just does what it's supposed to do with no B.S. Thanks BuckTool!
