Getting this roller assembly from BuckTool was like pulling teeth. They sell the machine (BD61000), but do not inventory any parts for it. They don't even respond to the Customer Service link on their website. After many weeks of pleading with someone in China to send me the part, she eventually had the manufacturer make the part and ship it to me. It was poorly wrapped on arrival, and the bearings had not been pressed on correctly. It was like a child put it together. After this I sold my two BD61000 machines and swore off BuckTool products for good.
